Transparent: Customers are notified by email whenever a subscription begins or a one-off payment is taken.

Frequently Asked Questions for Skin Club Memberships

By signing up for a membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Memberships are based on a 12-month period, with payments automatically charged weekly.

You may pause or cancel your membership at any time with 7 days’ written notice. Memberships may be paused for up to 3 months in a 12-month period due to personal circumstances (e.g., travel, illness).

A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for membership cancellations. Cancellations can be made for any reason, including a change in circumstances or relocating. Notice must be provided in writing, either via email or in person.

Any treatments redeemed prior to cancellation must be paid for in full. The cost of these treatments will be calculated based on the standard, non-member rate and deducted from any remaining balance or charged separately.

While we encourage members to use their treatments for personal benefit, you are welcome to gift your treatments to others. However, discounts and other membership benefits, such as VIP event tickets and complimentary products, are strictly non-transferable and can only be enjoyed by the member themselves.

All member benefits, such as discounts, VIP event tickets, and complimentary products, apply only while the membership is active. If your membership is paused, these benefits will be temporarily unavailable.

We reserve the right to update or modify the terms and conditions of membership packages. Members will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.
