Why We’ve Introduced Deposits (And What It Means for You)

We’ve recently introduced a deposit policy for appointments to help protect your booking time and improve availability. We design all of our services to create a calm, considered experience. One where you can fully relax, knowing your time is valued and your appointment is held just for you.

As our bookings have grown, we’ve introduced a small change to how appointments are secured. From now on, a deposit will be required when booking.

We wanted to take a moment to explain why.

Protecting Your Appointment Time

When you book with us, that time is set aside especially for you.

In recent months, we’ve seen an increase in last-minute changes and missed appointments. When this happens, it’s often not possible to fill that space at short notice. This means other clients miss out, and that time is lost for the day.

Introducing a deposit helps ensure that when you book, your appointment is genuinely secured.

Making It Easier to Get an Appointment

We know how frustrating it can be when you’re trying to find a time that works, especially for longer treatments or after-work appointments.

By reducing last-minute gaps, deposits help us:

  • Keep our schedule running smoothly
  • Make better use of available appointments
  • Open up more opportunities for clients who are ready to book

What This Means for You

The change is simple:

  • A 20% deposit is taken at the time of booking
  • This is deducted from your treatment total on the day
  • If you need to reschedule with enough notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment

We’ve designed this to be straightforward and fair, while still allowing flexibility when life happens.

What hasn’t changed is how we look after you.

You’ll still be welcomed into a calm, unhurried space.
You’ll still have enough time to relax and enjoy your treatment.
And we’ll always do our best to be understanding when genuine situations arise.
