BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that if you reschedule or cancel your appointment without sufficient notice, we won't have a chance to fill that space, and clients on our waitlist won't have a chance to enjoy our services.
So in light of this, we are asking for a non-refundable deposit of 25% on selected treatments, this deposit will be required to secure your online booking. The deposit you make will go towards your payment total on the day.
Cancellations made within 24 hours’ notice will incur 25% charge fee for that appointment booked and your deposit will be lost. This includes no shows. This fee will need to be paid before we can make any future appointments with you.
If your cancellation is made with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit is transferred into a credit on your account to use on a future appointment or can also be a refund.
Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our business and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce this policy. We know life happens sometimes, all we ask is that you communicate with us.
